

"I sent you payment, when will my order be shipped out?"
Most items are hand made to order. Unless we've indicated that your item is in stock, please allow
3-4 weeks. Minor delays can occur so feel free to contact us any time with questions. If you have a
strict deadline let us know before placing your order so we can try to work with you.
>'Do you accept international orders? How do you ship?'
We take domestic and international orders. We ship using usps, and purchase a delivery
confirmation numbers for all domestic orders which are available upon request. Domestic shipping
fee: $5.00- international shipping fee: $10.00. Shipping times may vary for holiday seasons.
"Help! I don't have PAYPAL, do you accept any other form of payment?"
That's OK, we also accept money orders! Simply calculate your own total with the appropriate
shipping fee, and contact us so we can give you the mailing address. For your safety, we don't
recommend sending concealed cash.
"Where are you guys located? Do you have a store?"
We are California based, and within driving distance from San Francisco. That being said, no, we do
not have a store.
"Do you take custom orders?"
Sure! Within reason. Contact us to inquire about getting a custom piece. If we feel it's something we can do for you, then we will give you a price quote
when we can. We will not start on said item until a payment is received. If you don't pay, we keep it for ourselves (unless it contains your own personal
artwork).
"Can I be a model on your site? I need to fill my portfolio!"
Nope! Sorry, while I'm sure you're gorgeous, we only use close friends and family as our models.

"What is your return policy?"
We make sure our hand made items are of excellent quality BEFORE we send them out. We provide pictures and descriptions that show exactly what you
will get. It is doubtful that you will receive a defective product from us. If returned item has been tampered with or appears to be worn, washed or used,
you will not get a replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non refundable.
> 'Can I request a replacement?'
If you feel we sold you something defective or we sent you the wrong item by mistake, send us an email within the first three(3) days of it's arrival. If you
send it back withing the next 30 days, we can give you a replacement. Sorry, no returns for underwear, that's just nasty.
> 'I ordered this from your booth at a convention. Can I get a replacement or refund at my discounted price?'
Sometimes in our typical convention haste to get rid of all our stuff , we may give a discount or sale on some items. This is also your chance to get items
without shipping fees. We do not HAVE to give you a discount, we're just being nice. That being said, since you were able to see our products hands on,
and you clearly knew what you were purchasing, we can not give a refund on convention purchases or orders. Make sure your order form is correct before
you sign it, and that the item you purchased is the correct size and free of imperfections! T-shirts may be returned and replaced only if the size is
incorrect. An additional fee may apply if you are upgrading to a plus size shirt.
>'I bought this prop for a cosplay, now I don't want it anymore. Can I get a refund?'
Nope! Our items are all custom made, and we don't take it back simply because you're tired of looking at it.
"How do I know what size shirt to buy?"
Follow this link for a size chart! Typically, you can expect the girl shirts to run like a juniors size. If you prefer your shirts a bit larger, order your shirt one
size up or, for an even roomier fit, try ordering a guy size shirt.
"OMG I sent U and email yesterday and U STILL didn't answer R U ignoring me ?!?!111"
We never ignore e-mails. Due to our hectic schedule, we may read them, and respond a day or two later. Sometimes we are simply waiting to get the
answer to your question, so we can assist you in the best way possible. Every once in a while an email will get lost in the shuffle, and If you feel this
may have happened ( i.e. we are taking waay too long to answer) send us another one! Please do not clutter our inbox with multiple e-mails sent within
minutes of each other.
